    Hey guys, is North open yet? I’d like to get the boat out this weekend for some crappie action. The crappie bite was pretty slow for me on North this winter, but it would be fun to give it a shot from the boat. Anyone have better luck on North this winter? It was mostly small white bass for me.     Went by today. Landing area still iced in but most of the lake is open.

    Thanks Fishwithkids, I’ll drive by tomorrow & check it out. We still have some ice up here in Mpls. but it’s going quick. Vern
