Panfish Ice Guide Recommendations

    I am looking for a panfish ice fishing guide for any of the Pools 8, 9 or 10 of the Mississippi River.
    Hoping to book a trip in March (ice permitting).
    Any recommendations would be appreciated!

    Dave Koonce would come to mind immediately!!! I think he does mostly 10, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he did 9 also…

    I’m not sure that Dave does any guiding.

    I don’t think Mr. Koonce does any guiding. I would bet he could send you in the right direction for a guide or fishing location info.

    Those 3 post fishing reports quite often on lake-link.com. Ted Peck used to guide on pool 9, but i don’t see much from him lately.

    And Tom, you can try Koonce on FB, his page is Dave Koonce… He does not guide any longer, but will send the right way as he told me… fish-them-all did a good of providing all of those guys who do post on LL.
