    I haven’t been up there, but my guess the remaining gates will get pulled on Monday based on the stage/flow forecast. Once the flow reaches 40kcfs that’s when they raise em.

    forecasted to hit 40.6kcfs on Wednesday now, then we will add “Some” color to the water!!

    Flow was 32,600 cfs last night at 10PM (in Red Wing). I’m going to guess they have changed. (although they might not be out of the water yet.)
