I have a 2003 Yamaha 200 horse four stroke. I am pretty sure the trim motor is burnt up. It only clicks when I go up and down. Does anyone know off the top of their head where the motor is located or how hard it is to change?

The motor itself is between motor and the mount. If that makes sense?

Bypass the relay and see if it moves. I took my 2000 relay apart and cleaned the contacts and it started working again.

As Iowa Josh said, check or replace the relays first.
If that doesnt change anything make sure all power and ground connections are clean and tight.
If you find the trim motor is indeed bad it is the part in the upper left of the picture, four bolts, a wiring connection, and it lifts straight off.
the motor will have to be in the highest position to remove it.
Block the motor so it cant fall on you, pull the pin out of the cylinder and tip the whole thing out towards you so you can access the forward bolts.

Why not test for voltage to the motor first before swapping relays, confirm the issues first instead of part swapping. Looks like the blue and green wires are the 2 you want to test with a meter set to 12vdc.
