I have a XT1200 Resort flip over for sale. Perfect for bringing kids along. Lots of room! Mamma says Daddy doesn’t need 5 fish houses. As much as I hate to see it go, it’s the most realistic to get rid of. I traded a guy my bench seat for the pilot seats. I had to make my own Cross-link system, works fine for me. Has Hy-Fax runners, and 12 volt LED lighting system (nice and bright), And travel cover (has 1 small hole). It has all the wind poles, zipper works flawless. Wind flap that velcros together under seat never did quite match up. No rips, or tears in canvas. Is in very good shape. Used two seasons, canvas was removed and stored insid during summer months. This house is crazy warm. I am really going to miss it. I forgot to take pictures of the lights so I will post pics of how bright it is when it’s lit up. Pics will be side ways. Sorry.
