Otter X Over Options to Change Out X Pole?

Wondering if there is an option to replace the poles on the X Over Cabins or Lodges. I have the Lodge and hate the X Over poles. they are a pain in my big white heinie. When extending the poles, the moveable poles come off their attachment spot every danged time. It’s a major frustration. Anyone know of a solution for this issue?

I’m prolly going to downsize from my Lodge to a Cabin, but before I do anything, I want to see if there is a solution to my frustrations.

I beleive Otter went through a couple interations of those X-Over bar lock clips? give them a call and ask about it…it’s been years since I purchased my X-Over Cabin but I beleive there were similar complaints early on and they were offering free replacements at the time…I can’t say i’ve ever had issues with the x-over poles coming out of their snap spot…

Replace the white snap in cap with a black end cap and put a bolt through it.
