    Otter Wild Cottage 2-man pullover style ice house for sale. Comfortably holds 2 men on the bench seat and also makes a perfect single man house with extra room. Thermal top and stays very warm with an average heating source. I usually only have a sweatshirt on when running the heater. Canvas is in good shape with a couple tiny pinholes that do not effect the warmth of the house. Has great storage in the sled and I am including an adjustable Otter rod holder that is bolted onto the sled. Travel cover also included.

    OPTIONAL: I will include the snowmobile/atv hitch for $450 for both the house and the hitch.

    ***PRICE DROP*** $300 for the shack and $325 for both. Need to sell.
