I extended the Otter tow bar 30 inches. This should help keep the snow out of my lodge. I also figured out how to use the Digger auger rack with a Kdrill.

Nice work. What did you change to get the Digger auger rack to work with the Kdrill? Do you have more pictures of the Digger change?

I’d love to see a report of how this is used/abused over the winter and how it holds up. If it takes a pounding and holds up, I’d be interested in replicating. We urine pound our equipment on the Canadian end of LOTW around Morson and up. Lots of powder, so I like this concept. Please report back.

I basically just cut the plastic inserts down till the auger shaft fit. Then I used a file to shape them to the auger shaft. I still have to line up the flighting on the cutting end to get it to fit. I have a few more ideas I’m working on.

Added a few more mods to the Otter Lodge and Otter Rod Box.
Mounted the Buddy Heater on the back wall of the tub. Put the propane tank in tub ( I put it outside when running the heater). Put inserts in the Otter Rod Box and made rope hinges so I can open it when it’s on the Monster Box. Also built a battery box to run the LED lights.

Did you put reflectix in your sled and for what purpose?

Yes that’s Reflectix. I had a good sized piece laying around and decided to use it instead of carpet. It works great. It insulates the floor of the tub, dampens the noise, helps to keep things from moving around and reflects light from the overhead lights so I can see in the tub.

Finished, the tow bar and rod box turned out better than I had hoped. I have 7 ft. Between the atv and Otter Lodge.
