Good morning everyone, been awhile since I’ve posted, so jumping back on to give a quick update on ice conditions on our end of the lake.
We’ve been finding 7-8” of ice in the areas we have checked. We’ve been getting around on wheelers and side by side’s. Ice is very consistent and no major cracks. Again, this is just the area within a couple miles of the resort. There are some problem areas to the north, and also the east end of the lake. There was an atv that went through yesterday on the east end, so make sure you check ice conditions often as you go.
We should have rental houses out today on Otter Tail, and we have one out now on a smaller lake for panfish.
Good luck if you venture this way this weekend. Our private access is open, but call ahead if you wish to use it. $15/day.
