Have a 2 year old Otter XT Pro Lodge and I set it up over the weekend to go through it and noticed one of the poles that has the curve bent into it was broken. Anyone else have this issue and would Otter have this part for replacement?

I know in the past if you told Otter what you actually did to break it the laugh would get you a new part, sled or canvas.
Otter builds the toughest houses, so some of the stories I’ve heard from Otter are pretty hilarious.

Only thing is, I don’t know how it broke. The pole is bent and actually has a tear in the metal.
That’s some serious torque to have that happen! I’ve also heard their CS is very good. Whether they charge you to replace it or not is beyond me, but I know they will get you fixed up.
