    Anyone have one or been in one. Black Friday deal and may pull the trigger. winter camping is in my future and this fits the bill it looks like

    Where is the black friday deal at? I’ve been debating on picking one up as well.

    $799 CAD is $610 USD, per google. Retails for $679 USD on Otters site. Nice find Chris!

    I’ve been researching into the winter camping game. I was given a 8x8ft insulated hub which will be about right for 1 guy with a cot, a 20 propane tank, and some gear. It’d fit 2 cots but next to no gear and certainly no heater.

    Here are the options I’ve found options:

    Otter Monster-
    112 sq ft, 14×8 ft 68 lbs retails for $679

    Otter Resort-
    101 sq ft, 6.8 ft tall, 53 lbs, and hexagon shaped so its dimensions are a little awkward, heres a link that helps explain it. The measurement is by the foot. Retails for $549

    109 sq ft, shade under 14×8 ft, 6.7 ft tall, 55 lbs, and retails for $529

    Another similar. Can also purchase a floor for this model which may be nice for camping. Clam X600 Thermal Hub. Very similar to Otter XTH Hub in size.

    Thorne brothers in the cities has shelters for 20% off. The Otter Vortex Lodge was $543.00 plus tax but is sold out. Other models available.
