Otter Customer Service

    Has anyone tried emailing Otter Customer Service in the last two weeks? I’ve sent two emails with no responses. I guess I can try calling but never had that happen before with Otter.

    Received email this morning. Customer service was very good with dealing with my issue.

    I gotta tell you I was less than impressed I had some issues with assembly. Called 6 times never a return call (and I was very nice when I left a message) then connected with customer service could not offer any solutions had to ask for higher ups and then got good advice that worked out. I think it may have been the owner or President but no one beneath him offed any solutions.
    I think the guys name was Tim but he was very helpful

    I emailed them a couple months back and it took them 2+ weeks to get back to me. I ended up calling in the meantime and got it figured out that route.

    I’ve always had good luck with email responses within a day or two.
