    Looking to sell my Otter Cottage. I think it’s ~2.5 years old, and in pretty good shape. There is some wear on the bottom of the sled as I didn’t have a hyfax on it, but doesn’t look terrible. I would use a smitty sled if pulling it by hand anyways, or put a hyfax on it if using a sled. Heck, I’ll even throw in my smitty sled if you want!

    Cover is in good shape, it’s wired with LEDs, and has the bench seat.

    Will send pics to anyone interested, not sure how to price this so feel free to make me an offer if I’m off on price.

    Looking for $425, pickup in Mahtomedi, MN.

    Is the xt insulated or non

    XT650 has thermal insulation on the roof, not on the sides. I can honestly say that I’ve never felt cold in this house, we were up on LOTW and it was 0-5 degrees with 20+mph winds and we were very comfortable with just a small buddy heater on high.

    Thermal roof is nice because it doesn’t drip at all.

    Hoping to make some room in my garage. As mentioned before, I can throw in my smitty sled AND a sunflower heater.

    Works great as a one man house and can fit two as well.

    I have also performed ZERO heathen, satanic or other religious rituals within this house, and it has never been placed on any indian burial grounds.
