Spending plenty of time on the ice past two season I have ran into back problems. I have the bench in the shack and want to put two seats in it instead. I need the cross linked rail and two seats that I know of. I am just making sure that I can do this change with my otter. Don’t want to order all the parts (even though the seats are out of stock) to find out that it wont work. Anyone made this kind of switch.

Joel Nelson converted a Pro with the buckets to the bench so he’s the guy you’ll want to talk to about this. If my memory serves I think it was a very straightforward switch but he’ll have all the details for you.
You absolutely can, the XT650 is the same sled and frame as the XT1200
You have the option of the slider type seats on the rail

In addition, hang onto that bench. If it is for a Cabin I might want it, as I have an XT900 and would like to fit 2 and a kid in it
