Love my Otter…however it seems that on my unit, the dual seats have a bit of a forward cant, not enough so that you slide out of the seat, but a bit uncomfortable on the back. I followed the instruction manual exactly. It seem that the aluminum cross bar is a bit long and needs to be at least 1″ shorter, then the metal brackets could be mounted lower causing the back of the seat to be more level. Currently I have stuck a block of wood under the lip to raise the seat to more level. Anyone else have this problem? As I said, Love the Otter.

I have the same problem with my 1200 cottage. I usually stick my gloves and hat under the seat to get it to tilt back more.

In my assembly instructions it mentions an option of lowering the holes for the cross bar for a lower tilted back seat position.. I didn’t, but should have! Im gonna try screwing a short piece of one x two wood block to the channel that locks on the sled edge
