    I just moved to Osakis from the cities; right on the lake! If you are thinking about coming up let me know. With the warm weather and predicted rain the ice should be off the lake very soon.

    Congrats, Doc! I’ll be doing the same next spring although not in that area. I would be interested in your observations about buying a lake home. Pluses, minuses, what to look for, etc. Pm me as time goes by if you would. Thanks

    Sorry to get to you so late. I miss fishing pool #4. It has been a whole four weeks I haven’t had my boat in the water. Need not fear, the ice is melting here. If ice is still on the lake Monday I would be surprised. The bays are slowing opening up and is getting darker.
