Interesting. Curious why you feel stair work beats em up more? Been doing more cases myself lately and majority of time guy is kneeling adjusting knobs on the stair tool

Anybody try the doc scholls machine at walmart? Selects the right insole for your foot. recommended for my wife by podiatrist when she was training for a race.

It was more of a tongue-in-cheek comment. I just imagine the repetitive bending of the shoe while on stairs would wear
    faster than normal use.

Ok probably a dumb question but when you get a custom insert is the costomizing for that boot and foot? Can you move the insert to another shoe? I ask because I never where the same shoe 2 days in a row, I guess its hard on the shoe.

Customized to your feet and what you need to realign your whole body structure.

For example I have flat feet and one of my hips is taller than other so the orthotics would in theory correct both and provide the proper alignment to your spine

I run through 2-3 tennis shoes per year for work. Once my knees start hurting, ankles a tad bit and back hurt more than normal I know it’s time to get new shoes. Almost instant relief. Customer orthotics in theory would correct everything even more so and provide long term benefits to just your regular insoles.

As I understand yes, they come in and out of your shoes

You gotta get orthopedics if needed. The wife has flat and narrow feet with bunyons. With her orthodics that were fit to her feet from a doctor she was able to go from not being able to run to running marathons. I’ll check what brand they are.she swaps them from running shoes to hiking boots best thing ever.

My feet are absolutely fine, I’m looking for the benefit of a better spinal support if you will. Degenerative and herniated discs at age 34 isn’t good, got a long ways to go in my work life.
