Open launches?

    Any launches open near Hudson/Stillwater? I’m dying to get on the river. I haven’t had a chance to check. I see a few boats out when I’m crossing on my way to work. Thanks in advance

    The MN DNR Boomsite Launch north of Stillwater is open. The river is in No Wake restriction and the river level forecast looks like it will be in No Wake for at least the next week or more.

    Yep. Boomsite. North Hudson. Bayport. Beanies afton Troy bluffs and Prescott are all open. Lots of fish being caught.

    Launched at Beanies Saturday morning at 5:45am. we were the 4th to launch.

    Water up to the floor boards to get it in and out.

    water temp was 54F. too early for the shallow bass bite, but managed a few.

    Any issues with the Boom Site north of Stillwater? Did it go back to no wake with the rain?
