    Need more details. I can see where this could be no big deal. Especially if distance was short and speed was low.

    Maybe the straps weren’t long enough for the pool. At least the kid was strapped down. As a matter of fact I’ve seen 3 different kids strapped to the roof holding a pool in the last week. What’s the big deal? It’s just what we do in sconsin.
