On the Mississippi River

I can’t believe its this late in the season and there’s been no chatter about the River!!! From here on out its gotta be go time. I have heard from bad to good and as usual, the good has come from those scouting. Not too sure about the bad… Most of the Benson crew is in NDak right now, but they’ll be back Friday. I know my nephew who just got a job in LaX, was doing well before he left. Heard from a buddy of mine that is guiding P9-P11 that there are cans in, but still needs to be more. And of course everyone is waiting for some help in the cold air department. I have to work this weekend, but hope to start traveling down to the river shortly after that.

I have heard that some divers have come down but is just what I heard. I dont even have my licenses yet. I hope to get out tuesday morning. Im more of a late season guy anyways.
