    Guys

Not sure if it’s all Fleet Farms, but I noticed at the Rochester store they had Omen Black 2 rods half off. ($50).

Pretty good deal I’m told. I picked up the 6’7″ spinning myself. Seems nice and looking forward to trying it.

    Store special so wasn’t advertised.

It is the same deal in Stevens Point,Wi The 13fishing Omen rods were originally 110 and they were marked down to 49.99 with a rebate for a free 13fishing Creed K reel you choose the size. 10 dollar shipping to receive the reel but it’s originally like 50 bucks. So pretty sweet deal.

I looked in Lakeville today and didn’t see any. They did have a pretty decent clearance bin of baits up near the register, grabbed a pile of smash shads.

You can buy them on their website. Shipping is a little higher, but it’s still cheaper than anywhere else.

The 6’6″ ML was gone when I was there around 3pm grabbed the 7’1″ ML fast. Not familiar with this brand and it did feel good in the hand with extention like a musky rod behind the real. The extention is new to me and seem to be a benny for snap jigs if it can handle them.

Medium heavy were left from 6’6″ to 7’1″

Still want a smoothie from Limit Creek to go with the rest of my Limit Creek collection.

Rods are all gone at the Oakdale Fleet Farm. I was there Monday and picked one out. There were six left. Went back Tuesday after testing it out and they were all gone. Decided to Order one on line. 18 bucks for shipping, ouch. Wish they had a reduced rate for shipping to the store like some other retailers.

FYI – 4 left in Rochester as of today. I think they are all 7′-1″ cast and spin.

2000 for sure. Right in line with the 2500 Shimano Sedona and 30 Pflueger President.

Throw down $100 for a membership in the NPAA and you can get 40% off 13Fishing gear all day long.

So i pay $100 and get 40% off or $0 and get 50% off plus a free $50 reel….hmmmmm? On a side note I finally found the omen rods at FF in Rochester but there was 1 left and i grabbed it so that’s it unless they get more in.

Anybody get their reels via the rebate? They still have not cashed my shipping and handling checks.

I have not received mine yet, they also have not cashed the check either. I sent an email to them, they said it’s usually shipped 6-8 weeks from when they receive the rebate form.

Same here. Haven’t seen my check cashed either. May 15th I think will be 8 weeks for me.
Glad you brought it up as I left 2 voicemails for them and haven’t heard anything back and I was about to post the same question as you did on here

I’m not much on the gimmick of if you buy this I will give you this idea.
I bought the rod at face value not expecting more. If it fails to perform they no longer exsist in my mind. Maybe that’s their buisnes model to sell cheep goods at a over inflated expectation. We do not know right now. The rod feels good in hand and I think it would be a good snap jig rod.
Rapula made an attempt at fishing rods with a big fail.

Don’t get me wrong, if they offer something more they should stand behind it and one should expect it to be honored. .

I just received my rebate form back stating I was ineligible due to not including the barcode or hangtag from the product. Guess I will be resending the form and rod tag.
