Older Snowmobile Parts

I have a 1990 Polaris Classic 500. I obliterated the bearings on my drive axle and need a new one axle. I can’t find any new ones for sale. Any good sites that sell new parts? I didn’t see one on Dennis Kirk. I also need the steel cup that the axle sits in on the clutch side of the sled. This is what I found when I took the crank case cover off….. Ugh!

I do have a 1995 XCR 600 that I was going to junk. I’m assuming that shafts would be the same size. May have to do that.

The shafts themselves may be the same but the drive cogs may be a different size.

I do have new cogs and a bearing kit.

I used them a few years ago after a little mishap with a 1 ton rock on my AC T570. Looks like they moved but they were able to find what I needed pretty quickly.

Wouldn’t be cheaper to find a 10 year old newer sled that runs? Just a thought.

I told myself that if I can’t find parts cheap enough it is getting junked and I will be done with it. I’m going to see what I can get off of my other sled first. I did email a few of the links as well.
