I have a LCX 104 Module GPS not responding. Tried a hard restart. Tried using connector grease. Worried its the puck have another on the way. Was wondering if anyone else had any tricks. Thanks for the help.
I have the same unit and I had the same issue. I replaced the GPS puck and the issue was fixed.
If this is a new install make sure you have both black and both red wires powered. That’s my only advice. Good luck.
Thanks Joe I have both wires connected the only wires that is not is the networking wire. Have a new Puck on its way. Do you currently still use that graph?
My old Lowrance 334 used the same puck and Yep I had to get a new puck. At the time Lowrance upgraded me from the 2000 to the new smaller 4000 for $140. I just had to have the latest software update.

I use it on my small boat I leave on the lift. I use the Lowrance Gen3 Touch units and Helix Units on my guide boat.
its harder to find guys with these units and working. Hopefully the puck is the answer. Thanks for the reply. The problem is the newer pucks do not work with this model
