    Hey guys !
Was hoping someone could help me identify these lures I found at a estate sale.
    6 3/4″ Long
Unique the way the nose is cut out.
Like it was gonna be a crankbait but with no lip.
You an see the anchor point for the hooks through the back.
Any help would be great !

Eger Tackle [do a search] made what was called a Bull Nose Frog that’s very close to these in style but too short. They can fetch as much as $150.00 -$200.00.

If you look inside the cuts you can see that they’ve been mechanically cut and the hook hangers being pushed down from the top with the wire visible makes me think they’re likely a lure done by someone or some company that has local roots to a certain area and not real far spread as far as popularity goes.

I’d look up some tackle collector sites and post pics of them there.

Fudally’s Reef Hawg. Those used to be a very popular jerk bait for muskies.

Here’s one of similar design. Hooks are screwed into the bottom. Foil-wrapped and some paint over that.
In the late 80s, I got this from the bar in Federal Dam. I think the bartender/owner may have made it. There were a bunch hanging from the shelving around the bar.
