1987 Alumacraft that I re-built after buying it three years ago. Worked well so far, and I don’t have to worry about what it bumps into.

99 Nitro 700LX. Owned it for 3 years and was under two previous owners who babied the hell out of it. It’s been a great first boat and hasn’t failed me yet.

Here’s some pics of my baby, a 2001 Grady White 208 Adventure. The exact same boat is still made today.

She’s been treated well her entire life and is a freshwater unicorn. Literally 10/10 condition. Not a chip or gouge on it. Never slipped for more than a handful of days at a time or bottom painted.

I bought her from a gentleman near Green Bay, before that she was in Bayfield by the man who bought it new in Walker, MN.

I’ve had her out in seas rougher than most people would ever think of, and she’s always gotten me back to safe harbor.

The pic at the dock was on Stockton Island in the Apostles on a beautiful day.

I’ll probably cry the day I sell her. But it would take an amazing condition 232 Gulfstream to make me even think about it mrgreen

Very nice B, easy to understand why you want to spend time on it.

1972 Mirrocraft with a 1979 20hp merc. Was my dad’s first boat, and maybe 2nd motor? Still the daily driver but will never leave me.

Yes, I suppose you could just go out on one of the LOTW charter boats until your dream comes true. wink

Yea B-man, that’s commercial grade boat there. You could be the charter boat guy out of Duluth…if you had a dream too. smile

Do you have one of those “catchy” names on the back?

    Maybe like “Miss Fishing”? neutral

Thanks for the kind words fellas. I was extremely lucky to find one like it around here.

Most of them have sat uncovered in a saltwater slip, 365 days a year, for the last 20 years….

Buoy oh Buoy (named after the boys) has never seen salt or ever spent an unnecessary day outside in her life. Every night she’s been tucked away indoors unless it was on a multi-day fishing trip. I’m keeping the tradition going for the next lucky owner.

When the previous owner opened his shed door two February’s ago for me to see it, my jaw hit my toes. Unicorns do exist mrgreen
