Trying to organize pics, we have boxes of em!
My first lake trout, 1985,caught on walleye tackle in 60′ on Eagle lake Ontario. Great fight but rendered my line useless.
What do you guys have?

This is my …….. well, everybody knows i can’t catch fish.
It would take some real digging to get to my box of old pics but I know that there is one in there of me when I was 7 holding my first Striper, 54 year old pic.
Polaroid I think. Lol!

too busy watching football?
This was a fish that my gramma caught back when I was 4 or 5.
All I remember is that fish scared the crap out of me.

Deep fried in pancake batter! Neat story.
The hair probably gives it away… but this is me just a “few” summers ago. I was 9 and I still have that fishing rod in my cabinet.

I do not have any that are available. But Sharon this is awesome.
LOTW circa 1932.
I dont have any available to me, my grandma used to tell me mille lacs stories that looked like this. And from the stories, she taught the men to fish
Awesome Mr drifter!
Back when I graduated my mom was going through pictures to hang on a board for guest at the grad party to look at, she cried because she couldn’t find any without me holding dead animals.

Here’s another gem from the way back machine! This has got to be in the late 80s. Perhaps 1988 or 89? I’m not totally sure, but that’s my sister in front, little me in the middle, and our amazing Dad, taking his girls out fishing while Mom snaps a photo from the dock. Looking at this photo, I’m filled with gratitude! For both my Dad for taking us out fishing and for my Mom for taking photos back when it was a bit costly and way less convenient than it is now. 😊
Cute pic Sharon.
Looks though like dad (Steve) hasn’t shaved in at least well over 30 years.
Here’s one from 30 something years ago of my Dad and I. We both had a lot more hair back then
My grandparents lived on Bone Lake (Polk County, WI) just a couple miles from me.
I spent half of my summer childhood on their dock fishing for gills, crappies, rockos and muskies. I would ride my bike over everyday…..
Mom – passed 2019. Amazing how one glance of an old pic triggers the memories. Thanks Mom!

Ha, I was going to mention the same thing, though it’s gone from red to white.

Any chance you can make that picture your dad’s avatar…
Way, WAY better than that lasso thing he has going, he’s not even a cowboy
HI Steve
I’ll try to dig some old photos up. Best post on this site in a long time. Hope this thread goes forever!!!
Nice pics guys and gals. This is so fun looking at them. I haven’t dug through my old photos in a very long time. Here’s a few more.
I think I had this as my avatar for a while. Probably late 1970s vintage.
I still remember this fish. We were fishing out of a canoe. The fish struck right as I was lifting the spoon out of the water. I was using an old spin cast outfit. The fish basically tore up the reel. I was wearing one of those old orange PFDs. My dad told me to pump the rod so I could take in line. Every time I pumped the rod I would hit the bail release on my PFD. Lucky to land the fish.
