West O ice/open water report.

    West O is slowly starting to open up.There is still enough ice on the bays for ice fishing.Counted close to 50 guys on Millers Bay yesterday,and a few shacks on Emerson Bay this morning.
    But with the warmer temps on the way next week and with high winds,the ice will be gone soon.
    Here is a pic looking at Gull point yesterday.Wade,ever catch any smallies here???

    when is the walleye opener out there. Ice fished it this winter but really want to open water fish out there.

    The walleye opener is May 6th on the Ia. Great Lakes.
