Ok Ido buddy’s: 2005 Silverado

    Replacing my lower blend door. The clocking on the actuator is off about 10 degrees. How do I get them to line up for the mounting holes? No the new lower actuator does not turn by hand or other means like uncle internet claimed in the video…Thanks

    Let me take a wild guess. You plugged it in before you tried to install it.

    Looking at GMs service guide. Pretty straight forward. Remove and install then reprogram. Big bold letters DO NOT SUPPLY POWER UNTIL INSTALLED. If you didnt maybe someone did and returned it.
