NWT pools 9-11

Looking forward to seeing some big weights caught on the big river Thursday and Friday.

I’m willing to be it’s going to be tougher than guys think. There could be a 30lb bag or two, but they won’t come easy, and won’t be plentiful.

Water is going up again, weeds are going to be terrible. A big chunk of the field is probably going to lock through to 9, which will be hit hard by weeds and dirty water. Watch out for local river rats Skarlis and Lampman to make a splash.

Some good weights yesterday, but today could be even better. Too bad about the weeds. Didn’t know they were bad again. Must be the fluctuating water levels that is causing them to uproot or break off? Love the scenery down there, but I don’t envy the weed issues in the later summer and fall.
