I got back from a 2 1/2 day trip to the NW Angle. The fishing was good and there was no problem catching a limit. A lot of fish in the 16 to 20 inch class; our best fish was 22 inches.
I found SM bass and Perch on the humps and Walleyes on the mud in 21 to 24 FOW.
Lure of choice was a crawler and spinner rig; water temp ranged from 70 to 72 degrees.
The wind was gusty out of the West and NW making boat control a chore.
I stayed at the Angle Outpost and had nice accommodations.
