    You missed the best part, the bottom right corner of the lower portion of the front page.

    It states that the ML band only agreed not to net. They fully intend to take their quota using other methods like spearing and fishing…

    So, tongue and cheek lies by the gov. Big surprise? Not at all! Big smoke screen was all his statement was to keep the heat down and the public meeting.

    It would appear that the old adage, time will tell is showing true. Looking like nothing will really change.
