Not exactly a trip swap

I’m asking for a BIL and Sister of a friend.

Is there anyone in the area (Roseville vicinity or east metro) who has a fish house out on a local panfish lake and might rent it for a day? This person is limited in how far they can walk so it would need to be accessible by car. It’s been a really long haul for them and it would be great to give them a bit of fun. The owner couldn’t stay in the house/portable with them since they haven’t been vaccinated yet for COVID and his immune system is really compromised.

PM if you have an idea. I’m lost but figured someone in the IDO community might have a thought.
