walleyewizardPosts: 123March 19, 2019 at 4:45 pm #1844455I’ll be going Thursday. Checking out some of the seminars and cruise the main floor for bargains.
kidfishPosts: 239March 19, 2019 at 5:34 pm #1844458Capra’s usually has the best deals on Loomis rods there. They sell a ton of them. Usually at least 25% off.

Shop all the tackle guys and take your best price to Reeds booth. They will get your business.
March 20, 2019 at 11:43 am #1844631Can you usually get some good deals on electronics at the show? Would like to get a 12″ and a 10″ unit. Thanks in advance!
March 20, 2019 at 11:56 am #1844637How much on average do you guys spend at the sports show? We just had our local show and I spent about $200. That seems to be pretty close to what I spend every year. This year, it was a couple rods, scent, lures and a couple bottles of BBQ sauce.
March 20, 2019 at 12:01 pm #1844638Parking, admission, hot dog, ice cream cone. Maybe a bait or two but I’m really only there to look at boats. Not buying, just looking.
March 20, 2019 at 5:21 pm #1844733Would like to get a 12″ and a 10″ unit.

March 20, 2019 at 7:45 pm #1844765Denny, I am going to the show tomorrow. I can get some prices for you if you want. Reeds is really good to work with. I will send you a PM.

WHAT A VERY NICE MAN (that I’ve never met!)
People on IDO are willing to lend a hand even though we are several 100’s of miles apart!Shout out to arcticm1000!!
I wish to thank you very much!
March 21, 2019 at 6:21 pm #1845007Are there campers at this show?
FDR
There are a very small handful. I wouldn’t go to this show if that’s all you were looking at. They are an afterthought and because there are so few of them, will be packed with people walking through them.
March 21, 2019 at 6:22 pm #1845008Reminder to everyone that Sat morning at the opening will be packed with huge lines just to get tickets. If you go then, buy your tickets online ahead of time.
March 21, 2019 at 7:12 pm #1845022I went, I saw, I spent, I left.
New Warrior 198 is impressive. New Vexus is different but will provide another fiberglass option to the Walleye guys. I can’t remember seeing so many Camps & lodges and so few campers.
Talked to Brett King and drooled over the Yar-Craft tiller again. If I do another tiller i’m pretty sure that will be it. The new styling on the Mercury’s are not growing on me yet. Not as ugly as the E-Tec’s but not far behind.
Skeeter & Warrior are well represented, Dean looks like he could use a few more cookies to get thru the weekend.

I knew what I wanted, An opportunity was presented to me, I spent. I was never there.
Many Thanks my IDO Friend!March 21, 2019 at 8:37 pm #1845037I was impressed with the amount of boats there, every brand I was interested in and more. And wow the Vexus 22’ would be fun on some of MN’s real big lakes…if you have 92k laying around!
