I ordered a couple bigger/heavier buckshot rattle spoons for ice fishing a small river by where I live on 01/26/2025. On 01/29/2025 I received an email stating that my order status had changed to partially shipped and closed. They shipped one of the two line items. I ended up receiving the one line item. Not knowing what they meant by closed, I tried to go to their website and contact them. No phone # listed but a form a could fill out. Proceeded to fill out the form, got to the bottom and had to click the button stating that I wasn’t a robot. Clicked the button and nothing. Stated that there was a captiva error. Thinking it was maybe the computer, I tried it again on a different computer. Same thing. So, I replied to the email they had sent me 02/02/2025. After a few days of no response, I went out to the web and found a phone number for them. Called the number, got to Customer Service extension and no answer. Could only leave a message. Left a message two days in a row and also sent an additional email. No call backs. Glad it was free shipping as I’ll have a hard time ordering from them again. What horrible Customer Service. Just want to know if they are ever going to send the second item or if I will get credit back.

GSM outdoors out of Texas recently purchased northland tackle. I’m not surprised that customer service sucks now. It’s too bad, but it’s just another company to forget about.

Go and post something on their IG or FB pages or send a DM from there. You’ll get a response then. These companies spend a lot more time managing their social media than their CS emails.

You can add the USPS to the list….

I just got this package delivered by the US mail. The US mail has lost packages I have sent. They have delayed the delivery of several packages ion the last couple months and this is the second package in a month to arrive beat all to he//. And it does no good to contact the a-holes…. they’re not responsible so they say.

USPS is garbage. They have WAREHOUSES FULL of lost and damaged mail, they deem undeliverable. When my wife was missing a box of books for her business that we shipped priority mail to Maui, she called them and they said, she should go to Atlanta and rummage through their warehouse !!! crazy doah jester

Yeah, I knew they moved to TX. It’s funny though, the main Northland Tackle phone number is still 218 (Bemidji) area code.

    From the USPS Web site:
“As part of the Delivering for America plan and simplifying our packaging offerings we will no longer get packages and mail on time or to the correct address”.

Yes the guy who shipped it contacted the post office, they had it after my old house put return to sender and it all worked out. Just took 6 extra days. When the post office gave it to me he laughed and said he should have known. My old house and new house are on the same mailing route.

Never did and you know the rest of that story. I swear if I ever bump into that prick at the service desk of the main post office here, he is going to regret the day.

Yes it’s still in bemidji, but it’s owned by a big corporation in Texas

I had a similar experience with the “new” Northland in early Jan. Ordered like 15 tungsten buckshots and slim spoons. Nothing came…for 10 days, then that was incomplete. The rest showed up after 14 days. I sent them an email and got no response…then a “extra” tungsten buckshot showed up a week later. )
