I’ve got one, works great for larger tungsten jigs to small/medium spoons. Handle is rubber, rod tip is sensitive and lightweight. Haymaker works best for perch and small walleye baits. Detects light bites nicely and has a nice backbone for fighting fish.

Side note: If you’re looking to target with little jigs and smaller spoons I’d suggest looking into the Cherry Picker. The Cherry Picker from northland is my new favorite panfish rod, basically the Ultra-light version of the haymaker. I can see every little movement in the rod tip and feel everything in the handle, comes in handy for those light-bite crappies.
