I live in North Dakota but am considering meeting with family to take kids overnight on Leech or Winnie. I just bought my first ice castle and licensed it here but registration is not required. Will Minnesota make me register it as a non resident? The ND DOT website says trailers can be used out of state with a ND license plate but it does not mention wheelhouses.
