Norsk voltage

I recently picked up a 15Ah Norsk to run my Garmin 93SV with the standard GT10 ducer. I’ve only had it out twice for short periods of time. It is being fully charged with the Norsk 2A charger.
So yesterday I was out for two hours. At the start I was already at 11.9 volts. I thought it was a tad low, but didn’t think too much of it. Then my unit turns off unexpectedly. Strange. After the two hours it is reporting 3/4 battery and 11.3 volts. Doesn’t that seem really low? I would maybe expect that if the battery was about to die, but not 3/4 full.
I’ll reach out to them, just wanted to do a sanity check on here.
    thanks

Should be at least 13.5 volts charged.

Sounds like you have a bad charger. If you have a multimeter I would make sure it is putting out something around 14 volts. Not sure about that brand but dose the charger have a light that goes from red to green when its charged ? It should take take right around 7 hours to fully charge.

So I think you guys are thinking about lead-acid chemistry. Those charge up to around 14 and have a steady decline as it runs down.
Norsk are Lithium Ion based and have BMS chips and heaters in them. So I believe it should put out a steady 12V from full to almost empty.
It’s the 11.3 that scares me a bit.
The charger is kicking out and the indicators on the battery show full.

I ended up calling and talking to a guy name Jacob. He was super helpful. He wasn’t concerned about the voltage so much as the unit shutting down. He offered me a couple options. Seems they stand behind their product! waytogo
