    Just wanted to say how great Norsk customer service was. I had a 15ah battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. It would go from full charge to completely dead within a month or so. It was less than 2yrs old but I didn’t have a receipt so I called to see if anything could be done. I talked to Jakob and explained what was happening and he said no problem I will send you a new one with a return label for the old one. That was on Tuesday morning and the new one showed up today. Thanks again to Norsk for standing behind their product.
