no side imaging??

I have a Helix 7 with side imaging, which worked great last summer. I used it with an ice ducer last winter and again it worked great. Now this summer the side imaging and down imaging aren’t showing up on the list of views. I toggled between the ice ducer and regular ducer in the settings, restarted and they still don’t show up. Any idea what happened and how to fix that? I tried doing a search and most of what I am seeing is the view is still there but blank, so nothing specific to this issue. Appreciate any help, thanks.

Am guessing you did this but to make sure, did you switch from Ice Mode back to Open water mode?

There is a good chance I didn’t. I totally forgot about having to switch that for ice fishing. I kept going to the ducer selection in the settings and didn’t scroll down far enough to see that one. I will check that tonight.

Thank you. In the settings it just says open water (yes or no), I think when I was out on the water I was expecting a toggle between Ice mode and Open water. I appreciate the help.
