I contacted Irish Setter about a pair of Rutmaster boots the we bought for our stepson. The heel has a 3-4″ crack in the rubber after only a few months. I got in touch with a customer service rep and she said she would send out a replacement right away. That was the beginning of the month. I never got them or any shipping notification. After a week or so I followed up and got a message that they were having technical issues. Now I can’t get a response at all or get through on the phone. I have also tried on Facebook. They do post on Facebook every few days but don’t reply to messages. I bought another pair of boots for him to use because it’s the middle of hunting and didn’t have much other choice. Now those are defective as well.
Anyone have any idea what is going on at Red Wing/Irish Setter?
