No depth display Helix 8 Mega Di to Ulterra

    I have hooked up a Helix 8 Mega DI with an ulterra that has the built in transducer for DI. I have temp, time, and volts but no depth. Any suggestions? I have powered off, disconnected, changed settings and I cannot get it to work.

    Is the depth a selectable option for the digital display? Maybe it’s turned off??

    If you touch the power button when it’s on is you sonar turned on

    Sonar is on and I have correct cable.

    Turned out to be a bad transducer on the Ulterra.
