And if you really want to throw up in your mouth…look at the Packers last two draft classes…

Kwesi isn’t even in the same league. He’s a joke.

Vikes are falling WAY behind Detroit and the Pack.

And Chicago can turn it all around with their draft this year.

    1) Bears still don’t have a quarterback.
    2) Lions have Goff who can be as bad as he can be good.
    3) Packers……….I couldn’t care less about.

Vikings aren’t that far behind anybody.

Guess what the Detroit and GB have to pay those QBs going forward if they choose. Both are set for a significant raise soon. Both are UFA’s in 2025.

    C’mon.

Look at the position groups. The only group the Vikes have the advantage over Detroit and GB is WR and it’s not by a huge margin either. (Hint…Doubs 4th rounder is better than Addison first rounder).

Again…look at their last two draft classes.. the only significant guy Kwesi has drafted is Addison. Everyone else (Evans, Ingram, etc are just average guys..).

TWO DRAFTS and Kwesi has one guy. He’s not long for the league.. You need talent to win in the NFL and you get talent through the draft…

I don’t think anyone can defend Kwesi anymore…

Even with a healthy Cousins… what are the chances the Vikings could go on the road and be competitive in San Francisco ? (like the Packers are currently doing)

    What are we paying Hockenson??

GB looks like they have two stud rookie TEs..

Detroit has probably a top 5 TE in Laporta on a rookie contract..

Tickets for the Bucs-Lions game are the most expensive in NFL playoff history for a divisional playoff game. The average price is $1,168 for a ticket into Ford Field today. shock

Couldn’t tell ya. Probably because they’ve had a grand total of one playoff game there in 30 years, which was last week. Fans have been starved of life there in D town for a long, long time.

Maholmes is 5-0 in Divisional playoff games, has 14 total TD’s and had 0 turnovers. Buffalo may be the team to change that today, but until they do so, I’m not picking against Maholmes and the Chiefs.

It’s also Mahomes first ROAD play-off game ever.

WOW. Not exactly the city I’d think the fans could or would spend that kind of money foe football tickets. Maybe it’s the fans from Tampa Bay who are driving up the cost. I really hope Detroit can get the win and keep this story rolling

I don’t have a huge reason to cheer for one team or another tonight, but I sort of want to see the Bills lose so we can get the annual report that Stefon Diggs left the locker room without saying a word to anyone and deleted all references to the Bills on social media, followed by his brother Trayvon saying something to make it worse. It’s good entertainment every year.

Neither KC or Buffalo seem to have much of a Defense. But maybe that’s because both Offenses are so good. Right now this is looking like another one of their games that’s going to come right down to the end

Bills pissed that one away. Offense was coasting down the field and eating clock until a couple stupid all or nothing play calls there. What happens to these OC’s or head coaches. Instead of the easy steady 6-7 yard plays they suddenly get greedy and need 30. Then the missed field goal.

A excellent weekend of some fun competitive football games. Baltimore did was they were expected to and really stepped up their play in the 2nd half and ended up with the biggest margin win of the weekend. The Packers and SF game was real close throughout the game. SF seemed to play their best in the 4th Qtr when they needed to. Hats off to GB on an unexpected great season. Detroit had a Battle all the way to the end. Another team that stepped up their play late in the game when needed. Happy for that club. Their fans have waited a long time to see their team to finally get to this point. KC and Buffalo, what can you say, another great game that came right down to the end. I personally think the fake punt at that point in the game was a rather poor decision, but that did not end up costing them the game. They just missed a few key big plays when they had the chance. KC and Maholmes seemed to play one of their better games of the season and they really needed to. They just seem to play some of their best football at playoff time.

There was still almost 2 minutes left when Bass missed that FG. So its not like it would have taken the game to OT anyways.

3 vs 1 in each conference final next Sunday. Restore the Roar

Like 1:40 remaining and With 2 time outs remaining, I like KC’s chances of winning that game even if Buffalo would have made that FG.

    Yep, I agree.

Buffalo needed to score a TD and leave almost no time remaining to win that. And for a little while, I thought that’s what might happen too.

Mahomes has played 6 seasons and made the AFC Championship in all 6.

Should be some great championship games, Detroit’s defense is still pretty suspect and will need a lot of points to overcome. Ravens are easily the most complete team imo, but also don’t put anything past Mahomes and Reid. That should be another classic, like the Buffalo/Chiefs games have been.

I thought Purdy looked pretty bad, it was raining so not sure how much credence you give the weather, but if Shanny wants an upgrade I think Kirk goes to SF. Will likely take a SB appearance at least to stick with Purdy imo.

The weather was playing a big role there because guys were slipping and falling all over the place. Especially San Fran’s players. Shanahan was interviewed about it the half too and that’s the first thing he said – change to longer cleats. Apparently it didn’t help much because they were still slipping in the second half.

They also had Deebo Samuel for like one offensive series. Their offensive plan for 2 weeks had him as a large part of it and they had to adjust on the fly without him almost immediately.

I’m not sure if he’ll be ready for next week against the Lions but outside of McCaffrey, he’s their best playmaker.
