    I just tried this new breading that is completely different then any I have tried before and it turned out pretty dang good! yay

    What kind of pan did you bake it on? Is there a reason why you chose to bake on a pan with holes in it?

    Mild cajun. I’d love to try it but I went on their website, put all 3 of their products in my cart, then tried to check out. They want WAY too much personal info just to buy their product. I will stick with Andy’s for now.

    Update-found a website that sells it that wasnt so intrusive. Trying all three flavors.
