New Tuned Up Ice Rod?

    If my memory serves correctly, a line was dropped on IDO this past season about a new tuned up ice rod hitting the market and just wondered if anyone had any info on such a product?

    The new rod is called the Commander. It is intended to fish larger and heavier baits than is possible with the Pecisions. It will be available in lengths out to 38″ and should be of particular interest to anglers that fish bodies of water like Winnipeg or Lake Erie where big fish are common. Additional info including release timeline will be announced this summer.
