    Seldom do the CO’s or biologists know the laws much a head of time.
    I can cite a number of times talking to a local office that was unaware of changes coming. They might have heard rumblings but not totally informed until the memos come down the pipe.

    MY outdoor news in the mail today says no pike changes will be in effect until 2018. no offense if you were hoping for it. but I am pleased and will drink to that. don’t plan on keeping any monsters but if I get a 4 pounder hes going in the frying pan
