Does anybody know whenish other than “this fall” the new MEGA DI Minn Kota series is coming out? Anybody have an idea on the MSRP difference from this years model? I am looking to purchase a new Kota but now I can’t decide if I should wait and get the new model or wait for the new to come out and see if the price drops on the non-mega series..

Everyone I’ve asked has said the same thing, “this fall”. Kind of sucks when you’re trying to decide right now, but the same thing happened 2 years ago when the Ultrex came out. I’m not planning to upgrade until next spring, so it’s not as urgent for me.

It’s not a SI (side imaging) ducer, it’s DI (down imaging). I’d be all over it if I hadn’t just upgraded this spring.
