No. Even if i did this wouldn’t be on the radar for purchasing. Marcum has never been reliable or durable

I have 2 LX6’s that have been used weekly each winter for years without any issues

I haven’t heard anything, but will look out for it. Sounds interesting. We’ve ran marcum flashers for over 10 years now (LX-3, LX-5, and LX-7) and they’ve worked flawlessly.

If they are making 360/live sonar, sounds like it could be a last ditch effort to stay relevant. I’m rooting for them!

after their early run of Flashers and the LX digital series (I own a LX-6s and love it) pretty much every product they’ve launched since has been problematic for most owners…

I searched and couldn’t find anything online referencing a Marcum FFS?

Im surprised they are still kicking out new stuff. After that RX or whatever it was called disaster I thought they were going to fold up shop. I love my marcums.
I had 2 issues but they were quickly fixed. The one I had to send in to have the motor cleaned and/or replaced. The other was my LX7 (first gen) where the graphics card went out and sent it in for that too and fixed. I was charged for both, but it was cheap and have worked for a long time since.

If they have something in the works the are doing a good job at keeping it under wraps. There pro staff team might be small enough and word hasn’t gotten out. I heard first rumors of the vexilar 38 back in June or july.. I feel like Vexilar is more relevant than marcum these days which is saying something, not sure how something like this will sell, Garmin pretty much owns the live market.

Only hit I could find was on this tackle website, which I ‘ve never heard of. Up north sports usually is the first to have new products listed, even before the release dates sometimes.

yeah, I found that too… I wouldn’t put much stock in Marcum coming up with anything close to what’s currently available from the big3, they just don’t have the scale and $$…

I’d laugh if it ends up being something like a gadget that spins their existing ducer under the ice… “hey, it’s Marcum 360!” lol

I was trying to do a firmware upgrade once on my LX7 and somehow created a short in the wiring trying to re-connect the display/head unit with power. It was smoking pretty good, but fortunate it didn’t start a fire. Brought it into Marcum and the Jake, the customer service rep, burned his finger pretty good trying to re-create and diagnose the problem. Unit wasn’t under warranty, but only charged me the $10 to run the update. Felt it was fair, considering the trouble I put Jake through too.
