I would like to introduce Stella. My new Golden Retriever pup. We pick her up tomorrow. She comes from strong hunting lines so she should be a good bird dog. I’m sure she will be a great pet. Cant wait to get started!

We love goldens but have a soft spot for Setters. Goldens are the cutest puppies and make great family dogs that still hunt.

    Sweet looking pup Suzuki!!👍

Had to laugh, we had to put my chocolate lab down in Oct and I’ve been showing pictures of pups to my wife. I didn’t show her the title or post just the picture. Right away she says NO. frown

I think she’s softening up though! whistling

Its been 8 years since our last pup and we couldn’t really remember the horrific details. Funny how that works. WOW. Puppies are lots of fun mixed with lots of not fun! ) Just getting used to things. No real groove yet. My wife just went back to work today and I’m all alone with the LAND SHARK. She seems very normal and progressing nicely. The changes seen from day to day are weird. Especially after only 4 days. She is a bold pup and fearless which means she wants to get into EVERYTHING. We puppy proofed good so I really just need to keep her from chewing on furniture and carpet. Once she finds the zipper on your shirt, rest assured she will never forget it……

Awesome looking pup Mike. Congrats. Is that why you are waxing your laces now? Unwaxed ones too easy for the pup to untie? -)

You going thru the same thing. Las dog was 18 and 3 years between boy did we forget some of the details. Potty training not going as well as we want but we are making progress. Think I should have called Chewbacca or Chewy. Sharp teeth. Keep plenty of toys and chew sticks handy that helps a lot. if we find him chewing on something he is not supposed to tell him no and put a chew stick in his mouth. seems to be working. I have plenty of scratches and bite marks on my hand and arms and a few on the face. Not as fast as I was 20 years ago. Good Luck!

Great looking pup! Not sure if I’ve ever seen a pup that wasn’t cute.

Yea pups are tons of work for sure. Just remember every minute of training now pays dividends for years to come. Good luck.
