New Gas logs won’t light.

    I have some new gas logs. they are hooked up to a full bottle of gas.(100lb tank) I have new reg and hose. When I try to light the pilot, all I het is a very small flame. It is very small. it dose not reach the thermocouple. I have tried another reg, same problem. Could some one help me out. What am I missing. Reply to [email protected]
