Peanut Buster Parfaits were my go to growing up.
As far as Blizzards go, I love the heath bars. I like having some crunchy brittle to chew on after each scoop.
Kind of like peppermint bon bon ice cream where I will use my teeth like a baleen whale and filter out the chocolate.
I tried one of these new Blondie Blizzards and didn’t like it all, dumped out the last third of a medium Blondie. The cookie dough snot balls were disgusting.

NO SAY LIKE THAT!
I usually have them make me a special one. Oreo blizzard with marshmallow cream mixed in. It can change your life.
That new blondie does look good, will have to try that one.
I usually stick to standard Blizzards myself – Oreo, Heath, or Butterfinger. My two all time favorites are the Mint Oreo or a Heath/Butterfinger mix.
Had a BOGO coupon so Billy and I got some blizzards the other night and they don’t have the French Silk Pie blizzard anymore!
Never bought a blizzard for myself. I have tasted the FW’s though. I’m a plain vanilla cone guy or a Carmel sundae.
Just had the New York Cheesecake blizzard and it was delicious!!
Im going to go have one later today while my kid is getting her hair cut.
May post pics of hair cut later too if I can figure out how.
So all of this talk of the caramel blondie got me on the move. Probably don’t have one blizzard a year and have had mint oreo for years. I was disappointed to read they might not make that anymore- well they sure will (and NO blondie in Lakeville at this time). The wife had a bogo coupon so a few hours after a nice dinner on a rare kid free friday we went through the drive through and it was basically the old menu + the ‘royal’ ones, didn’t have a few of these new ones listed and as mentioned mint oreo was right there on the menu board. Wife enjoyed the reeses royal and when I wanted to try JUST a little bite it was GONE already!

Anybody get pup cups for your dogs when you go? Our dogs love them! I know, it’s shocking a dog would like a cold sweet treat.
Side note: Our dogs beg for ice cubes.

All 3 of my current Dogs favorite item… Ice, especially crushed!!!
Even once in awhile they’ll get the very last of the ‘seasoned’ ice from a Vodka Lemonade… Man, when it does happen they don’t miss a lick (I do make sure it’s been drained best it can be by Man)

We gotta Mastiff that comes running when she hears someone getting ice from the fridge dispenser.
Confetti cake blizzard is a must have, I think they re-release it every summer?
And I’m over here thinking the only blizzard anyone ever ordered was a cookie dough. I mean, is there really a need for anything else?
I’m with ya. I don’t get out to DQ very often but when I do, it’s Cookie Dough all the way! Reminds me of the good ole days of making cookies with Grandma. Not sure I ever had one that was baked..

I wonder what the attraction is? If I had to guess I would say that ice is similar to the harness of a bone and the cubes cool their gums? My dogs have bad teeth and I imagine that it feels good to them.
I guess I already knew that most dogs love ice.

My son had surgery 2 weeks ago and is about halfway through his rehab at Gillette Children’s and they have been absolutely fantastic. I have zero complaints at all about the level of care and treatment he’s received.
This is a good cause and while healtchare is a loaded topic, it’s worth remembering that there is life saving and life changing treatments happening at these facilities daily.
The technology and facilities are very impressive, they just opened a new therapy pool(sponsored by DQ) that is amazing. They do a lot to make rigorous and tiring physical and occupational therapy fun and fresh for these kids.
So go buy a blizzard.

This is the 1/10 times I buy blizzards. I think it’s a great thing Dq is doing with this. My wife and I are going to get a couple today.
Hope all goes well for you and your family

Only get pup cups when in the wife’s car, I don’t allow it in the truck. My pup goes bonkers with one, enough to get ice cream on the ceiling…even if I hold it for him…It’s almost like we never feed the poor guy, yet he eats 3x a day…
Same with ice cubes, only outside. He will pick them up and throw them around with his mouth, throwing slobber and water EVERYWHERE.
Mike West, made my rounds today and fortunately my home, job site and material site were with in rought. I got the trifecta. The fourth well…. Thankyou Mike fore putting this in my head.
What a great day for this.
